Agile in audit – scrum fundamentals

AIA scrum fundamentals is a bespoke training course created specifically for auditors. As well as covering the scrum framework, this course covers recommended techniques that can be applied on top of the scrum framework. 

Learning will be via a mix of instruction and team-based exercises. The roles, events, artefacts and rules of scrum are taught, demonstrated and practiced. Common anti-patterns and misunderstandings are addressed so you can apply scrum more effectively.
