Culture and internal control - Activity 1: Feedback

There is no definitive answer for this. However, the indicators might include:

Artifacts

These can be divided into two: objects and activities. Objects include the organisation's logo, website, equipment used, signage, décor and types of clothes employees wear. Activities include induction and training models, rewards and punishments, organisational traditions and social routines.

Values

These can verbal expressions as well as codifed statements. The latter might include jargon used and how employees refer to one another. Codified statements might include mission statements and organisational slogans.

Assumptions

These are more difficult to define. But the indicators will include the stories told by members of the organisation; observed responses to situations, and the personal artifacts displayed.
