QIAL Study System: Worldwide learning support

Boost your chances of passing first time

The Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors has developed a dedicated online study system for the Qualification in Internal Audit Leadership (QIAL). This is available to everyone who is studying for the qualification worldwide.

Taking a qualification while working full time is always a challenge – and it’s a big investment too. Our study system will help safeguard the time and money you’ve spent by making sure you’re thoroughly prepared for each assessment.

How does it work?

You can register for the study system at any time and start learning straight away
You will be granted access to each module for a year
Each module gives you access to a tutor, who will support you
Take the modules one at a time or all together
You do not need to hold membership of the Chartered IIA to buy the study system for the QIAL

What are the fees?

The tuition fee is £515 per module (about €618 or $670) and you will have access to the content for one year. The one year access will commence once we have received your payment in full.

Case study exam modules

Each of the three case study exams is supported by one module. Our learning resources will explain how to to apply the concepts and theories in the syllabus to different scenarios and settings. You can also practise analysing case studies like the ones you will be examined on.

Quizzes and reflective activities will allow you to measure your progress through the material and help you decide when you're ready to take the exam.

Presentation and panel interview module

One module covers both the presentation and panel interview assessments. Your tutor will help you to plan and structure your presentation so it meets the assessment criteria. The study system will also provide tools and tips to help you communicate effectively and with impact.
